Poison Needle Trap

It requires a successful DC 16 Wisdom (Perception) to spot, and a successful DC 15 Dexterity with thieves’ tools to disarm. The needle pierces any creature that attempts to open the chest. The creature must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, or take 2 piercing and 9 (2d8) poison damage on a failed save.
