Abolethic Hybrid. The abolant can breathe air and water and is immune to disease.

Abolant Deformation. The abolant carries either the babbling, three-eyed, or tentacled deformation. The abolant’s deformation determines its action options.

Actions

Multiattack. The three-eyed abolant makes two slam attacks or one Enthralling Gaze attack.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage.

Enthralling Gaze (Recharges 5–6). The abolant focuses its three eyes on a creature within 30 ft. that can see the abolant. The creature must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by the abolant for 1 minute. The creature may make another Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end the effect.
